Terms of service

These terms cover requests and messages made through this website. Services themselves are governed by Nebraska law and by the written statement of goods and services you sign at the arrangement meeting.

Call-back requests. A request is confirmed by phone or text. Asking a question or a price costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Prices. The prices on this site are our current General Price List. Your prices are confirmed in writing at the arrangement meeting, before any service is provided.

Prepaid plans. Prepaid funeral plans are written by a licensed preneed agent and funded through a state-regulated trust or insurance policy, never held in our operating account.

Emergencies. This website is not for emergencies. If a death is unexpected or someone may still be helped, call 911.
