A licensed director answers day or night. No menu, no voicemail. If the death was unexpected, call 911 first.

Within about two hours we arrive, at home, the hospital or a care facility. Take the time you need to say goodbye first.

The arrangement meeting
The next day, here or at your kitchen table, about two hours. You see the price list before anything is decided.

Paperwork and permits
We file the death certificate and the permits, write the obituary with you and order the certified copies you will need.

The service
Most services are held within a week. Afterward, our family care coordinator helps with Social Security, the VA and insurance.

Fenna Vossler, our owner, still takes night calls one week a month. Six of us are licensed funeral directors, and the same director stays with your family from the first call to the last thank-you note.
We accept cash, cards, life insurance assignments, prepaid plans and VA burial benefits.
Life insurance can pay us directly: we file the claim and you pay nothing up front. Social Security pays a one-time $255 to a surviving spouse or child. Every price is in writing before anything is signed.
